Patty McCarthy, APR
Patty McCarthy has more than 30 years of public relations experience working with CEOs in health care, foundations, education, non-profit and service firms. She was Vice President of Market Communications and Community Affairs for Henry Ford Health System prior to starting her own consulting company and forming McCarthy ▪ Blanchard LLC. She is an accredited member of the Public Relations Society of America and board of advisors for the University of Detroit Jesuit High School. She is a graduate of Leadership Detroit and past board member of Inforum. In 2002, she was appointed by Governor John Engler to the State Officers Compensation Commission for the State of Michigan.
Paula Blanchard Stone
Paula Blanchard Stone has many years of experience in the fields of government, public relations and fundraising. She led communications and community affairs in 13 Midwest states as Director of Communications for EDS before resuming her own consulting practice and starting
McCarthy ▪ Blanchard. Prior to that she directed public relations for the U.S. Botanic Garden in Washington, D.C. She was appointed by Governor John Engler as an original member of the Michigan Gaming Control Board. She is past chair of the Inforum board of directors and founding member of its Lansing chapter. She serves on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of the BoarsHead Theater in Lansing and the Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce.
